Citrus limon 'Eureka Variegated Pink'
Variegated Pink Lemon
Rutaceae
A variegated sport of ‘Eureka’ lemon, notable for its cream-and-green striped foliage, striped green-and-yellow immature fruit, and pale pink flesh at maturity. Produces year-round in warm conditions with sufficient light.
Care
Grow in maximum available sun — 8+ hours of direct light preferred. Water deeply, allowing the top inch to dry between waterings; avoid standing water in saucers. Feed with a citrus-specific fertilizer every 6–8 weeks during active growth. The variegated foliage can revert to all-green — prune out any reverted growth promptly to maintain the variegation pattern. Bring indoors before temperatures fall below 50°F. Fruit flavor and pink pigmentation are most pronounced in cool conditions.
