Seeds sourced from PacificNorthwestPalm (Damascus, Oregon) — PNW-adapted, selectively bred genetics. Sown 2026-03-31 in a perlite and coco coir germination mix with bottom heat via seedling mat. Target germination temperature approximately 27°C (80°F).
